"Acorns are meant to become trees. We humans are meant to reach our full potential, but most people remain acorns," according to psychologist Abraham Maslow.


One of my personal goals is to avoid judging others, but this quote clearly passes judgment! Learning not to, or at least to judge others less, is a process of personal development that has given me a sense of inner freedom and space. Is it easy? Absolutely not, hahaha. I often catch myself judging. But by being critical of myself and wanting to improve in order to reach my full potential, I feel more connected to myself. I don't feel like an acorn, but rather like a strong, growing tree, standing firmly in my shoes. A healthy physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual life tree.

Why personal development is essential for your health and happiness

Personal development is one of the key reasons why we exist as human beings. We are here to learn, grow, and deepen our experiences. The process of personal growth not only helps us reach our full potential, but also ensures that we get more fulfillment from our daily lives.
